Westminster, Colorado, is the stuff of Western legend and lore prior to its first homesteaders in the 1850’s, complete with small herds of buffalo and antelope dotting the landscape. Some artifacts discovered point to the habitation of Arapaho Indians in a semi permanent encampment in the area now known as Gregory Hill.
